Ege Transfer is a private ground transfer company based at Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport, covering İzmir, Aydın, Muğla, Balıkesir, Denizli, Manisa. We operate 33 published routes with fixed starting prices, 4 vehicle classes and 5 service types. Every transfer is private — never shared with other passengers — priced per vehicle rather than per person, with no prepayment and free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.
Every published route has a starting price per vehicle class, derived from one route fare and a fixed multiplier. That is why you can check our arithmetic: the VIP van is always 1.4× the sedan on the same route. The price is fixed when you book and does not move for traffic, night hours or luggage count.
We track the flight number you give us. If the aircraft is late, your pickup shifts automatically and costs nothing extra. On return transfers we calculate the hotel pickup time backwards from your departure, allowing for seasonal congestion on the route rather than hoping for a clear road.
We take no deposit and ask for no card details. You pay the driver at the end of the trip. This is deliberate: it means asking us for a quote carries no risk or obligation, and cancelling costs you nothing.
Booking, confirmation, driver details, changes and the journey itself all run through the same WhatsApp thread. If your plans change at 02:00, you write to the same number and we adjust.
Our base is Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport (ADB). From there we cover the Aegean coast from Ayvalik in the north down to Fethiye in the south, inland to Pamukkale, and every district of Izmir. We also run cruise transfers from Izmir Alsancak Port.
Flight tracking
We track your flight number — if it is delayed, your pickup shifts at no extra cost.
Fixed price
The price is fixed when you book. It does not rise for traffic, route or luggage.
No prepayment
You pay at the end of the journey. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup.
