How far in advance should I book an Izmir Airport transfer?
For the sedan and VIP van classes, booking 24 hours ahead is enough on most dates. For July and August, public holidays, and for minibus or luxury class requests we suggest 3-5 days. Same-day requests are also accepted — message us on WhatsApp for instant availability.
Is a private transfer better value than an airport taxi?
With a private transfer the price is fixed at booking and does not change for traffic, night hours or luggage; your driver meets you with a name sign and tracks your flight. A taxi runs on the meter, so the fare is unpredictable over long distances and there is no meet-and-greet. For two or more passengers a private transfer is usually both cheaper and more predictable.
Are prices per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. The quoted price covers the whole car — one passenger and four passengers pay the same. That is why the cost per person drops sharply for families and groups.
What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
We track the flight number you give at booking. If it is delayed, your pickup shifts automatically at no extra cost, and the first 60 minutes of waiting after landing are free. If your flight is cancelled we cancel the booking free of charge or move it to your new date.
How do I pay? Is prepayment required?
We take no prepayment or deposit. You pay the driver at the end of the journey, in cash (TRY, EUR, GBP) or by card. Corporate clients can also be invoiced and settle monthly.
Can I request a child seat, an extra stop or waiting time?
Baby seats, child seats and boosters are free — just tell us your child's age when booking. Extra stops and waiting time are available, and the price is confirmed at booking, so there are no surprise charges en route.
Are your vehicles and drivers insured?
All our vehicles carry compulsory traffic insurance and per-seat personal accident cover. Our drivers hold commercial passenger transport licences and the vehicles follow a scheduled maintenance programme.
