How does invoicing work under a corporate agreement?
We open a running account for corporate clients: every transfer is logged and a single invoice is issued at month end. Monthly settlement is preferred over per-transfer payment, so your accounting team tracks one line item.
Can you access sites with security procedures at the gate?
Yes. For refineries, petrochemical plants and free-zone facilities we submit the driver's name, ID and vehicle plate within the required notice period. Once you give us these requirements, the process is faster on subsequent transfers.
Can we get vehicles during trade fair periods?
Fair and congress periods are the busiest for vehicle demand. We give allocation priority to clients under a corporate agreement during those windows, and we recommend confirming dates as early as possible.
